MY FIRST RECIPE
It's always a good day if my stomach is full and my family is not hungry and very healthy. Since I lived here in Germany it was my passion and my hobby to cook always everyday food especially vegetables. Whatever it is or even if it's some leftover from yesterday I always make sure that it will not be thrown to garbage. Our dinner for today is sauteed chicken with string beans.I'm sure you will love it too. Simple but healthy and delicious.

Ingredients |
chicken, string beans, tomatoes ,onion ,garlic , salt, pepper
and also water
first step
saute the onions and garlic
then add the chicken to pan fry
then add 3 cups of water
simmer for 15-20 minutes to cook the chicken
as you can see here the water is so little
and this time the chicken already cook well.
Put salt and pepper .
time to add the beans.Cover the pan and
simmer for 2-3 minutes to cook the beans.
Do not Overcook the beans.
and its cooked already.
Enjoy with this simple viand for dinner
MY SECOND RECIPE
Today was a lucky day. Thanks God..
my simple Recipe now is Afritadang baboy (pork with tomato sauce) this is one of my favorite viand that I always cooked. My family really love it because of so many ingredients in it. This recipe now is very healthy and I'm really sure that the kids will love it.
Ingredients as shown in the photo are as follows;
pork
red bell pepper and green bell pepper
tomato sauce
carrots
potatoes
onions , garlic , laurel leaves
pork stock
salt and pepper to taste
also you will need oil here for frying.
